This week, I offer the intention to "Find Stillness in Your Mind".
With the spring ending and summer quickly approaching, our schedules tend to get busier. Weekends fill out with weddings, parties and day trips. Typical Monday through Friday norms are shifted with kids home form school and vacations to new places. It is very easy to get lost in the constant movements both physical and mental.
So as we entire the busy summer, I encourage you to find time for yourself. Let your mind be still, let your mind wander, get lost in your own thoughts. Take whatever actions you need to make this a reality. This can be during your yoga practice or on your time. Either way, find it!
